About Me

Having lived in Germany for over 20 years, I understand the challenges and dilemmas of bringing up children as an expat. I’ve experienced life as a stay-at-home mom, an unemployed single-parent in a foreign country, and the challenges and dilemmas of being a full-time working mom. I certainly understand that life seldom goes the way we expect.

Before training as a coach and therapist I worked in various sectors including banking, advertising and corporate training. The transition took time and a lot of hard work, but it was worth the struggle, because it has allowed me to focus on the work I love.

My passion is inspiring people to make the best of themselves, and the situations they find themselves in, through a combination of self-discovery and transformation. I believe in heart-centred work grounded in solid science and am committed to providing high levels of service to my clients.

No matter what situation you are in, I am convinced that with commitment, patience and the right support, change and transformation are possible.

In my free time I enjoy stargazing, slow-cooking and mastering the art of karate.
